Project was presented by Vincent Franceschelli from LendLease, Inc.  John Boksanksy and Joe Barbaree from Northeast Shores were in attendance and available for comment.

Committee Comments, Questions, and Concerns

• Excessive signage
• Redundant text
• Stripes are making the changes look too busy
• This is one of the only businesses in the immediate area
• Would like the branding to work with the architecture of the building - not look circuslike due to the stripes and colors.
• Will the Col. Sanders graphic cause the main window to be closed off from the street?

The proposed project was presented by a representative from LendLease, Inc.  He acknowledged the previous comments made by the Committee from the 11/1/16 review.  The update design package shows a reduced amount of graphics and signage.  They will present their final sign package at a later date.

Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

• What will the final colors be on the facade?  Red will be used on the awnings, the other accent colors are taupe and white.
• Will the mural/portrait be illuminated?
• How will the lighting project off the building and where will they be located?  The ligthing is gooseneck and will shine down over the red awnings.
• Is there any modification of the site?  No.
• Will the existing smaller windows remain as is? Yes.
• What color are the gooseneck lights? Black.
• Is there a reason why the lighting is not evenly spaced on the side elevations?  They will correspond to the placement of the awnings.
• Can the lighting be wall mounted instead of located on the roof?

Joe Barbaree from Northeast Shores Dev. Corp was available for comment on the project.
